From Zin to Zen
The "Zin" in Zinlightened stemmed from a lighthearted, slightly/lightly intoxicated approach to "Zen." It has since transformed into what this site is today. Recently, when conducting a little on-line research, I ran across the Yogo Blog which has some great information. There is also a terrific accompanying podcast.
